The Puzzle of Dental Insurance
Our experienced office staff has had much experience in dealing with all types of insurance policies. With their experience many of our patients have enjoyed the approval of many claims that otherwise would have been thought to be uncovered.
Our staff is constantly updating their training with courses and newsletters that help them stay on top of their game. Insurance can be somewhat of a puzzle and we have the solution.
Our office will complete and submit dental insurance forms and work to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. And, we will work diligently to make this happen as
quickly as possible. Please be aware that some dental insurance companies take longer than others to complete payment. If necessary, our office will contact the insurance company, or we may request your help in this matter.
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. If you are fortunate enough to have dental insurance, we will only collect the amount we do not expect insurance to pay (assuming you have a current financial policies form on file with us). We are only able to ESTIMATE what insurance will pay (based on traditional insurance) and if a balance is remaining after insurance has paid their portion - we will then send you a statement of anything that is owed.
