What is included in the Membership Program?
*Over a period of 12 consecutive months, usually in an interval of 6 months,

* 2 comprehensive examinations performed by a licensed dentist
* 2 professional cleanings performed by a licensed dental hygienist
* All necessary x-rays to detect problems we cannot visibly see such as small areas of decay in the teeth and below existing restorations, diseases of the bone, abscesses or cysts, signs of periodontal (gum) disease, developmental and other abnormalities, some types of tumors as well as evidence of systemic illnesses
* 2 Fluoride treatments-gel/tray treatment for children and fluoride rinse for patients age 16 or over
* 10% courtesy for all other services we offer at our office including fillings, root canals, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic services. (15% courtesy if payment is made with a debit card or cash—(please, no checks) at time of service
* Take Home Whitening Kit for those patients over the age of 16 with no active decay in their mouth, a value of $336.00.
