Our goal with the Membership Program for Preventive Dentistry is to keep you and your family in good dental health. It is true that your oral health is connected with your general health. Regular check ups are important because some diseases or medical conditions have symptoms that can appear in the mouth.
Diabetes, nutritional and vitamin deficiencies, and hormonal irregularities are
some examples. There is also evidence that mouth bacteria associated with gum disease
may be linked to heart 
disease, artery blockages, and even stroke. There is further
evidence that gum disease can be a contributing factor in bacterial pneumonia, which
also can have serious consequences. This innovative plan is a great way to secure
a relationship with a family dentist to prevent these medical problems and certainly
before an emergency situation occurs that is tooth decay related.
