Payment Options
Since our primary goal is your utmost comfort, we offer many ways for you to plan for your needed treatment. We accept assignment of benefits from most insurance companies.
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. If you are fortunate enough to have dental insurance, we will only collect the amount we do not expect insurance to pay (assuming you have a current financial policies form on file with us). We are only able to ESTIMATE what insurance will pay (based on traditional insurance) and if a balance is remaining after insurance has paid their portion - we will then send you a statement of anything that is owed.
For patients who desire a longer period of time to make payment, we have arranged with several institutions that offer qualified applicants flexible financing for their treatment needs. Care Credit is a card issued strictly for medical/dental expenses. And you can apply for this card online. If you would like a CitiHealth card, please contact Sharon or Tabitha and they can help you with that. A lot of our patients have found these options to be useful as their payment plans allow them to achieve the pleasing appearance they want. immediately.
