How do I get started?

Tell Dr. Foster that you want to be a part of our Membership Program for Preventive Dentistry. For only $550 per family member you can get started right away. We accept all major credit cards, but if you would like to receive an additional 5% incentive, you can pay with a debit card or cash. Please no checks.

You will feel good to know that you are taking preventive measures to insure that you keep your teeth for a lifetime.

*Plan is non-transferable between family members; benefits are for 12 month period only with no carry over benefits the following year
